Overview:

Bush Ways Safaris & Lodges is seeking a vibrant, intelligent, and customer service-oriented individual to join its growing team as a Reservationist. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing reservations for Bush Ways Lodges, providing exceptional customer service, and offering customized travel solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle reservations for Bush Ways Lodges efficiently and accurately
• Answer and manage incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy
• Communicate clearly with clients to understand and meet their travel needs
• Use persuasive sales skills to promote products and services
• Deliver world-class customer service and support
• Utilize reservation management software to manage bookings
• Maintain client records and ensure timely follow-up

Requirements and Skills:

• Excellent computer skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in reservation management software
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and organized
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
