Overview

Fedics, part of Tsebo Solutions Group, is recruiting a Cashier – B&I to deliver friendly, accurate point-of-sale service and support the smooth running of front-of-house operations. Tsebo is Africa’s leading Integrated Workplace Management Solutions provider across Catering, Facilities Management, Cleaning & Hygiene, and more.

Key Responsibilities

-Greet customers professionally; resolve questions and concerns promptly.

-Operate tills accurately; count floats, ensure adequate change, and issue receipts.

-Complete daily cash-up processes and documentation to standard.

-Keep till counters and front-of-house areas clean and operational.

-Restock beverages, fridges, shelves, and resale areas daily; ensure correct displays.

-Assist with order running and general food-service duties; support back-of-house when needed.

-Prepare daily sales analysis; report and account for discrepancies.

-Ensure printers (paper/ribbon) and tills are always serviceable.

Requirements & Skills

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12/Matric.
• 3–5 years’ experience as a Cashier in a similar environment.

Skills & Competencies

• Confident cash handling with excellent POS operating skills.
• Fast, accurate, and detail-oriented; well-organised and reliable.
• Strong administrative/clerical ability; able to control cash and complete paperwork.
• Honest, responsible, friendly, and customer-focused.
