Overview
Pedros is seeking a friendly and efficient Cashier to join the team at its Galleria Mall branch. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while accurately processing transactions and maintaining front-of-house standards.
Key Responsibilities
-Provide excellent customer service at the point of sale
-Process customer orders quickly and accurately in line with SOPs
-Handle various payment types correctly
-Promote current specials and upsell to increase sales
-Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all front counter areas
-Replenish front-of-house stock and ensure availability of essentials
-Uphold speed of service and service quality
Minimum Requirements
-Senior Certificate (Matric) โ required
-1 year of experience as a cashier (preferably in a QSR environment)
-Strong literacy and numeracy skills
-Excellent communication and customer interaction skills
-Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
