Overview

Clicks Group is inviting applications for 46 Cashier positions across its stores nationwide. This role is ideal for motivated individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service, handling transactions efficiently, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately scan products, process payments, and manage ClubCard rewards at the point of sale (POS).
• Handle cash responsibly and remain vigilant to safeguard against potential risks.
• Actively promote and enroll new ClubCard members to meet participation targets.
• Keep customers informed of promotions and sales to encourage loyalty.
• Deliver superior customer service by being professional, approachable, and helpful.
• Maintain in-store merchandising and ensure stock is well-presented.

Entry Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (and local languages where applicable).
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Teamwork skills and customer-service orientation.

Desirable

• Experience in a customer-facing role within retail or FMCG.
• At least 50% pass in English and Mathematics at Grade 12 level.
