Overview

Clicks Mega Park Kriel is seeking to appoint Cashiers to join its team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about customer service, efficient at handling transactions, and eager to contribute to the success of Botswana’s leading health and beauty retailer.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute all point-of-sale (POS) activities efficiently and accurately.
• Scan merchandise and process payments while ensuring accuracy and speed.
• Ensure safe handling of cash at all times.
• Promote and enroll new members for the Clicks ClubCard loyalty program.
• Provide excellent customer service by being professional, visible, and approachable.
• Maintain store standards through effective merchandising and housekeeping.
• Stay up to date with promotions, products, and store events to inform customers.

Requirements and Skills

Minimum Requirements

• Botswana General Certificate of Secondary Education (BGCSE) or equivalent.
• Ability to perform basic mathematics and handle cash transactions.
• Good command of English and Setswana.
• Customer-service orientation with good interpersonal skills.

Desirable

• Prior experience in a retail or FMCG environment.
• At least 50% pass in English and Mathematics at BGCSE level.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Computer literacy and basic numeracy.
• Ability to follow instructions and deliver results under pressure.
• Team player with good planning and organisational ability.
