Overview

Clicks Group is recruiting 55 Cashiers across South Africa to support store operations and deliver a friendly, efficient checkout experience. These roles suit service-driven self-starters who enjoy working with people and want to grow in health & beauty retail. No experience required—full training provided.

Key Responsibilities

-Execute point-of-sale (POS) activities accurately and efficiently (scan, tender, cash handling).

-Promote and process ClubCard enrollments and rewards.

-Inform customers of promotions to drive sales and ensure a “feel good, pay less” experience.

-Provide professional, visible customer service as a Clicks brand ambassador.

-Maintain merchandising standards and general housekeeping on the shop floor and at tills.

-Keep product/price knowledge current and follow stock management procedures.

-Uphold company values, policies, security, and safety practices at all times.

Requirements & Skills

–Matric (Grade 12) – Essential (Maths & English at ≥50% advantageous).

–No experience required; prior customer-facing retail/FMCG exposure is an advantage.

-Basic numeracy and computer literacy; accurate cash handling.

-Strong customer orientation, communication, and problem-solving.

-Planning/organising skills; ability to follow instructions and meet targets.

-Willing and able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
