Overview

We are looking for Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) Representatives to monitor compliance and ensure that all construction activities align with the company’s health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

-Conduct site inspections to assess safety risks

-Report hazards and recommend corrective measures

-Monitor adherence to SHE protocols

-Assist in incident investigations and documentation

-Educate site workers on safe practices

Requirements and Skills

-Relevant SHE qualification or certification

-Knowledge of Botswana SHE legislation

-Strong observation and reporting skills

-Attention to detail and integrity

-Previous experience in construction safety is an advantage
