Estimated Remuneration Package: R222,917.00 โ R255,145.00 per annum
Job Purpose:
To maintain healthy and safe conditions and standards in transport facilities and premises.
Application Requirements:
-Basic literacy skills
-Relevant experience in facility cleaning is an advantage
-Physical fitness to perform duties for extended periods
-Willingness and ability to work shifts, be on standby, and work overtime
Personal Attributes/Competencies:
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work effectively as part of a team
-Adaptability to different environments
-Diligence in completing tasks
Primary Functions:
- Conduct daily maintenance and upkeep of facilities
- Perform litter picking and sweeping around facilities
- Cut grass, clean flowerbeds, and remove weeds from pavements and walkways
- Clean buildings and ablution facilities
- Assist with loading and unloading various items
- Empty small waste bins in facility areas
- Remove waste from facilities and surrounding areas
- Operate small equipment and machinery as needed
- Be willing to relocate to any region within Tshwane
