About the Role

As a Consultant Sales team member, you will be responsible for growing the Absa customer base and driving profitability across an assigned portfolio. Your daily focus will include attracting new customers, enhancing existing relationships, and contributing actively to the branchโ€™s sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Acquisition & Growth

  • Proactively seek out and acquire new customers.
  • Grow portfolios of existing customers through needs-based selling and retention strategies.

Sales & Profitability

  • Cross-sell Absa products and services to maximise customer value.
  • Support the branch in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Customer Experience

  • Deliver exceptional service, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Address customer needs efficiently and professionally.

Risk & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to Absaโ€™s policies, procedures, and risk management frameworks.
  • Maintain accurate, compliant documentation for all customer interactions.

Team Collaboration

  • Support colleagues as needed to ensure efficient branch operations.
  • Contribute positively to a united, high-performing team environment.

Minimum Education Requirement

  • Grade 12
