Job Overview

The Cosmetic Consultant will represent leading international beauty brands within Truworths stores. The role focuses on driving sales performance, delivering professional makeovers, maintaining counter standards, and providing expert product advice to customers. Successful candidates will be confident, customer-focused, and motivated to consistently achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
• Conduct professional makeovers and product demonstrations
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of own brand and other cosmetic houses
• Complete daily administration and sales paperwork accurately
• Perform stock takes and manage stock levels
• Ensure excellent housekeeping standards at the counter
• Liaise with brand representatives
• Support promotions, launches, and in-store events

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience working with cosmetic products
• Basic understanding of makeup application and makeovers
• Strong interest and passion for beauty and skincare
