The role focuses on providing safe, efficient, and high-quality transport services for flight crew, staff, and occasional VIP guests, ensuring seamless movement between airports, training venues, and accommodation facilities.

Key Responsibilities
Transport & Logistics
-Safely transfer staff and guests between designated locations, including the airport, hotels, and company facilities.
-Ensure punctuality and professionalism at all times during transfers.
-Assist passengers with entering/exiting the vehicle, and manage loading/unloading of luggage with care.
Vehicle Maintenance & Compliance
-Conduct regular vehicle inspections, keeping the car clean, well-maintained, and fully operational.
-Report any mechanical issues or service needs to management promptly.
-Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and road safety regulations.
Customer Service
-Provide a courteous and discreet driving experience, upholding White Desertโs premium hospitality standards.
-Maintain confidentiality regarding staff and guest information at all times.
-Present a professional appearance and demeanor, representing the company brand with excellence.
General
- Support additional operational needs or ad hoc driving duties when required.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and short-notice transport requirements.
Minimum Requirements
–Proven experience as a Private Chauffeur or Professional Driver.
-Valid South African Driverโs License with PDP (Professional Driving Permit).
-Available to start immediately.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently with a proactive, hands-on attitude.
-Calm under pressure, with sound decision-making skills.
-Excellent attention to detail, reliability, and time management.
