Key Responsibilities:

-Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service.

-Lead and train bar staff, promoting high standards of efficiency, cleanliness, and hospitality.

-Design and implement creative beverage menus and promotions that align with our brand.

-Maintain stock control, conduct inventory, and manage procurement of bar supplies.

-Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including alcohol service laws.

-Monitor sales, costs, and profitability to meet operational targets.

Requirements:

-Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar leadership role.

-Extensive knowledge of cocktail preparation, wine, spirits, and bar trends.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

-A creative, service-oriented mindset with a passion for hospitality.
