Position Purpose:
To lead the financial operations of the organization, ensuring strategic financial planning, regulatory compliance, high-quality reporting, and insightful decision support to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
-Prepare and present accurate monthly management accounts and statutory reports
-Oversee audit processes and ensure compliance with IFRS and regulatory standards
-Provide strategic financial insights and support to executive leadership
-Mentor and lead the finance team to ensure operational excellence
-Ensure timely tax submissions and compliance with financial regulations
-Develop and present financial reports to the Board and Executive Management
Minimum Requirements:
-Bachelorโs Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
-Professional qualification (CA, ACCA, or CIMA) preferred
-At least 5 yearsโ experience in a senior finance role, preferably in the financial services or insurance sector
-In-depth knowledge of IFRS, particularly IFRS 17

-Advanced financial reporting and compliance expertise
-High-level analytical and problem-solving skills
-Excellent communication and leadership abilities
-High attention to detail and integrity
-Proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools
