Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting audits, and ensuring adherence to financial policies and controls.
Key Responsibilities:
-Process payments, journal entries, and daily banking transactions
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
-Assist in month-end closing processes and financial reporting
-Support budget monitoring and variance analysis
-Prepare audit documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
-Ensure strict adherence to internal financial controls and company policies
Requirements & Skills:
Qualifications:
-Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
-Minimum of 3 yearsโ relevant work experience in finance or accounting roles
Competencies & Skills:
-Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial procedures
-Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
-Excellent organizational and time management skills
-Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
-Strong numerical and analytical abilities
-Effective communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
