Overview:
Insure Guard, a leader in short-term insurance solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our dynamic finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting audits, and ensuring adherence to financial policies and controls.
Key Responsibilities:
-Process payments, journal entries, and daily banking transactions
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
-Assist in month-end closing processes and financial reporting
-Support budget monitoring and variance analysis
-Prepare audit documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
-Ensure strict adherence to internal financial controls and company policies
Requirements & Skills:
Qualifications:
-Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
-Minimum of 3 yearsโ relevant work experience in finance or accounting roles
Competencies & Skills:
-Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial procedures
-Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
-Excellent organizational and time management skills
-Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
-Strong numerical and analytical abilities
-Effective communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
