1. Electoral Operations Intern (x1)
Stipend: R10,441.14 per month | Location: Gauteng Provincial Office
Contract: 24 months | Closing Date: 24 July 2025
Responsibilities:
- Assist with inbound & outbound logistics, warehousing, procurement, and distribution.
- Support electoral event logistics and general admin tasks like minute-taking, report writing, and filing.
Requirements:
- Matric + Bachelorโs Degree/National Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Procurement.
- Computer literacy, willingness to learn, good communication & time management.
- Must be 35 years or younger and have no prior internship experience.
2. Driver
Salary: R271,941 per annum | Location: Bloemfontein, Free State
Closing Date: 24 July 2025
Responsibilities:
- Provide secure driving services for staff, documents, and materials.
- Perform basic indoor maintenance, handle deliveries, travel logs, and vehicle safety checks.
Requirements:
- Grade 12/Grade 10 + 3 years driving experience.
- Valid driverโs license, knowledge of Free State routes, GPS, and basic admin skills.
3. Assistant Warehousing Officer
Salary: R472,389 per annum | Location: Gauteng Provincial Warehouse, Johannesburg

Responsibilities:
- Manage election materials storage, distribution, and retrieval.
- Track inventory, maintain warehouse records, and support logistics.
Requirements:
- Matric + Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management.
- SAP knowledge, warehouse experience, numeracy & project management skills.
- Valid driverโs license & willingness to travel.
4. Regional Administrative Clerk (RAC) โ Sedibeng
Salary: R360,498 per annum | Location: Sedibeng, Gauteng

Responsibilities:
- Handle HR admin, leave records, recruitment, and filing.
- Assist with procurement, stock control, assets register, and petty cash.
- Coordinate travel, meetings, and office services.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 + 3 years admin experience.

5. Local Electoral Project Officer (LEPO) โ Ekurhuleni (Nigel)
Salary: R558,876 per annum | Location: Nigel, Gauteng

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate local electoral projects, voter registration, and civic education.
- Manage logistics for elections, staff recruitment, and stakeholder engagement.
- Oversee procurement, facilities, and budget-related processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelorโs Degree/National Diploma + 2 years relevant experience.
- Knowledge of electoral operations, supply chain legislation & stakeholder management.
- Project management experience is an advantage.
6. Regional Administrative Clerk (Overberg)
Salary: R360,498 per annum | Location: Overstrand, Western Cape

Responsibilities:
- Support HR, procurement, and finance admin in the regional office.
- Manage logistics, filing, stock control, and facility maintenance.
Requirements:
- Matric/NQF4 + 3 years admin experience.
- Knowledge of IEC procedures, clerical work, and office systems.
- Valid driverโs license and willingness to travel.
7. WC011 Matzikama Ward 7 By-Election Staff (Various Positions)
Salary: R840 โ R1,670 (depending on role & days worked) | Location: Vanrhynsdorp, Western Cape
Closing Date: 24 July 2025
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and assist with voter registration, queue management, voter roll updates, and election materials handling.
- Operate Voter Management Devices (VMDs), safeguard IEC materials, and assist special-needs voters.
Requirements:
- Must be a South African citizen & registered voter.
- 5 years of supervisory/administrative work experience OR prior IEC Presiding/Deputy Officer experience.
- No political activity in the last 5 years, clean criminal record, smartphone literacy, proficiency in local languages, and valid bank account.
