Overview:
iStore, Africaโ€™s largest Apple Premium Reseller, is seeking passionate, tech-savvy individuals to join our dynamic team. With more than 30 physical and online stores across Africa, iStore offers expert advice, Apple Authorised Repairs, Business, Education, and technical support for all things Apple.

We are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in retail to fill the role of Sales Consultant. This role offers flexibility, requiring you to work only 138 hours per month, making it ideal for those seeking part-time work.

Key Responsibilities:

-Maximise sales opportunities in the iStore by delivering exceptional customer service.

-Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest Apple technology and services.

-Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and offer complete solutions.

-Create memorable shopping experiences through personalised service.

-Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and receive continuous training and support.

Requirements:

-Matric certificate (minimum).

-Previous sales experience, preferably in retail, is an advantage.

-Passion for Apple products and a keen interest in technology.

-Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
