Overview:
JCHX Mining Management Co., Ltd. is recruiting an experienced Bogger / Loader Operator and Trainer โ€“ Underground to support load and haul operations using underground loaders such as Sandvik LH621. This dual-role position includes operating the equipment and mentoring local operators to build capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

-Operate boggers/loaders and haul broken ground from headings to trucks.

-Conduct daily pre-start inspections and maintain cleanliness of machines.

-Adhere to safety and operational protocols during loading and tramming.

-Keep detailed records and log shift activities.

-Train and mentor local operators in bogger operations and safety awareness.

-Collaborate with training and production teams to optimize performance.

Requirements and Skills:

-Proven experience operating underground boggers such as Sandvik LH621.

-Strong understanding of load and haul procedures in high-speed development.

-Experience in operator training and upskilling.

-Good knowledge of underground ground conditions and safety protocols.

-Effective communication and reporting skills.

-Fluency in English (written and spoken).
