Overview

Sterns is looking for a confident and energetic Sales Associate to join the Acornhoek Plaza store team on a maternity cover contract.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are passionate about fashion, jewellery, customer service, and retail sales. Successful candidates will help create an exciting shopping experience while supporting store sales targets and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

– Provide excellent customer service and create positive customer experiences.
– Assist customers in selecting suitable jewellery and accessories.
– Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets.
– Stay updated with the latest fashion and jewellery trends.
– Identify opportunities to increase sales and customer loyalty.
– Replenish stock and maintain store presentation standards.
– Assist with merchandising and maintaining a clean, organised store environment.

– Support daily operational and sales activities within the store.

Requirements & Skills

-Grade 12 / Matric qualification.
