Job Summary:
Provide effective accounting services, support financial management, and analyze financial data to guide decision-making and ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Key Responsibilities:
-Collaborate with departments to develop budgets and performance targets.
-Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and variance analyses.
-Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
-Supervise accounting staff and maintain ERP systems.
Requirements:
-Bachelorโs degree in accounting; professional certification (ACCA, CIMA, or BICA).
-6+ yearsโ experience in accounting, preferably in mining.
-Experience with ERP systems and knowledge of ISO standards.
