Overview:

MM Financial Loans is seeking a dynamic and service-oriented Operational Clerk to join its team in Butha-Buthe. The successful candidate will contribute to building a client-focused and community-driven environment, supporting the branch with daily operations and outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

-Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively

-Provide compassionate financial counseling to clients

-Maintain a welcoming, customer-centric atmosphere in the branch

-Perform driving duties and conduct fieldwork as required

-Support the branch in expanding outreach and strengthening customer relationships

-Assist the Branch Manager in meeting operational requirements

Required Skills and Competencies:

-Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

-Excellent communication and active listening abilities

-Legible handwriting and strong administrative skills

-Good problem-solving capabilities

-Computer literacy (MS Office or equivalent)

-Strong time management and organizational skills

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

  • Diploma in Microfinance, Business Management, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in the financial services sector
  • A valid driverโ€™s license will be an added advantage
