JOB OVERVIEW

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences
- Represent the brandโs values through positive, confident engagement
- Maintain store standards through stock replenishment and visual merchandising
- Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets
- Advocate for Cotton On Group Foundation initiatives and community projects
- Contribute to a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment

REQUIREMENTS
- Passion for fashion, streetwear, and youth culture
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a fast-paced retail team
- Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Prior retail experience is an advantage but not essential
