Job Overview
Fabiani is seeking a confident and customer-focused Sales Associate (120hr) to join its Victoria Wharf store. This role is suited to individuals with a strong sales instinct, a passion for premium fashion, and the ability to deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience. The successful candidate will contribute to sales performance while upholding Fabianiโs high standards of style, service, and brand representation.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador by delivering a premium and professional customer experience
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable fashion solutions
- Drive sales performance by working towards and exceeding set targets
- Track personal and store sales performance against targets
- Stay informed on current fashion trends, product ranges, and store promotions
- Proactively identify opportunities to generate new sales
- Assist with stock replenishment to ensure the store is customer-ready at all times
- Maintain merchandising standards and overall store presentation
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate
