Overview

Foschini is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate (120hr) to join the team in Vredendal. As a Sales Associate, you will act as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales performance and ensuring the store is always ready for customers.

Foschini, part of the TFG Group, has been dressing fashionable South African women for over 100 years. The brand offers stylish, contemporary fashion across clothing, denim, leisurewear, accessories, lingerie, footwear, cosmetics, jewellery, and kidswear. This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow within a leading fashion retail brand.


Key Responsibilities

-Represent the Foschini brand and deliver exceptional customer service

-Identify customer needs and provide suitable product solutions

-Monitor and work towards achieving sales targets

-Sell across a diverse product range while staying updated on fashion trends

-Proactively seek opportunities to generate new sales

-Assist with stock replenishment and ensure store readiness

-Build strong customer relationships and loyalty

-Handle customer queries and challenges professionally


Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
