Role Purpose

As a Sales Associate, you will act as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales performance through expert product knowledge, trend awareness, and proactive selling.

Key Responsibilities

Represent the brand and deliver an exceptional customer experience
Understand customer needs and provide tailored fashion solutions
Actively track sales performance against targets
Sell across a diverse product range and stay up to date with fashion trends
Identify and pursue opportunities to generate new sales
Assist with stock replenishment to keep the store customer-ready
Support merchandising and store standards at all times

Qualifications & Experience

Grade 12 / Matric (required)
Previous retail or sales experience (advantageous)
