Role Overview

Sales Associates are responsible for delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and ensuring stores are visually appealing and operationally ready.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service and in-store experience
Promote and sell brand products effectively
Achieve individual and store sales targets
Assist with stock replenishment and visual merchandising
Operate point-of-sale systems accurately
Maintain store cleanliness and organisation

Requirements

Grade 12 / Matric (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for retail, fashion, sportswear or homeware (brand-dependent)
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
Target-driven with a customer-focused mindset
Previous retail experience is an advantage but not mandatory
