Purpose of the Job

The Learning Practitioner is responsible for identifying workplace learning needs, developing appropriate learning material and facilitating training and assessments.

The successful candidates will help ensure employees and learners develop the required workplace competencies while ensuring training activities comply with relevant legislation, Sasol learning policies, frameworks and guidelines.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must have a:

  • National Senior Certificate, AND either:
  • Occupational Qualification (Miner) plus Blasting Certificate, OR
  • Occupational Qualification (ElectroMechanic) plus Red Seal Trade Certificate
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in the trade

Important Qualification Note

This vacancy is not a general Grade 12-only opportunity.

Although a National Senior Certificate is required, applicants must also hold one of the specified occupational/trade qualification combinations:
