Overview:
FNB Botswana is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Consultant to join its Student Banking team in Lobatse for a six-month fixed-term contract. This role is key in delivering a high standard of customer service across multiple channels while supporting the bankโs strategic objectives through operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
-Engage with customers professionally via face-to-face, telephonic, and digital platforms.
-Provide effective query resolution and process customer requests accurately and timeously.
-Ensure that customer needs are clearly understood and addressed.
-Exceed customer expectations through proactive and innovative service delivery.
-Stay informed about the latest developments in the banking environment, particularly in the Mortgage Lending sector.
-Cultivate and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
-Achieve cost efficiency within the approved budget while driving profitability.
-Maintain expert knowledge on banking products, including pricing, application procedures, and service timelines.
-Handle and resolve queries from both internal and external clients.
-Maintain accurate records and ensure all systems are updated appropriately.
-Prioritize tasks to meet client expectations with urgency and professionalism.
-Execute tasks aligned with strategic business objectives and performance targets.
-Ensure compliance with governance, audit, and legal requirements.
-Perform operational duties as outlined in service level agreements and documented processes.
Requirements and Skills:
-Relevant experience in a customer-facing or banking environment is beneficial.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-Good understanding of banking products and customer service operations.
