Position: Shelf Packers (Fruit & Veg Department)

Requirements:

-Minimum of Grade 10 qualification

-A customer-first mindset, always viewing situations from the customer’s perspective and responding positively

-Genuine enthusiasm for working with and preparing Fruit & Veg products, promoting them with passion

-Strong sense of urgency, ensuring tasks are completed swiftly and efficiently

-Exceptional communication skills: active listening, clear and concise responses, and engaging conversations

-Team-oriented, willing to cooperate with others and work towards shared goals

-A commitment to personal growth, always seeking opportunities to improve

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and handle Fruit & Veg products in line with company standards
• Maintain product displays, ensuring they are properly stored and merchandised
• Assist customers by listening to their requests, offering advice, and providing excellent service
• Uphold hygiene and cleanliness standards in the work area
• Wrap products, operate scales, and manage backup stock areas
