Overview:

Clicks Group invites dynamic individuals to apply for Shop Assistant Cashier roles across two locations. These roles focus on delivering exceptional customer service, efficient point of sale operations, and in-store merchandising that contribute to a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

-Execute all operational activities at the point of sale in a timely and efficient manner.

-Scan merchandise accurately and handle payment transactions, including Clicks ClubCard rewards.

-Ensure safe and secure handling of cash at all times.

-Promote the Clicks ClubCard and sign up new members to achieve participation targets.

-Inform customers of ongoing promotions and offers.

-Represent the brand by offering professional, visible, and friendly customer service.

-Maintain store standards through merchandising and housekeeping.

-Keep up to date on products, promotions, and store events to assist customers effectively.

-Uphold the Clicks values and support the vision of being the customerโ€™s first choice in health and beauty retail.

Knowledge Required:

-Basic math and numeracy skills.

-Familiarity with retail/FMCG environments and merchandising principles.

-Understanding of stock management and customer service excellence.

-Ability to follow instructions and deliver results.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Education:
    • Essential: Grade 12
    • Desirable: 50% or more in Mathematics and English
  • Experience:
