Ster-Kinekor is looking for motivated individuals to join our team. As a Multi-Skilled Employee, you will have the opportunity to work across various cinema functions, including Box Office Sales, Catering Sales, Collections, and more.

Location: Ster-Kinekor Cinemas
Key Responsibilities:
As a Multi-Skilled Employee, you will be responsible for performing various duties, including but not limited to:
-Operating as a Cashier at Box Office Sales, Catering Sales, or Collections.
-Performing duties as a Cinema Assistant, Waiter, or Poppers (food preparation).
-Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Ster-Kinekor products, promotions, and marketing activities to upsell to guests.
-Ensuring presentation standards are adhered to, including displaying age restrictions, updating movie synopses, and maintaining neat and current posters.
-Preparing popcorn, slush, and other food and beverage items according to quality standards and reporting any deviations.
-Assisting in shift preparation and managing the quality of Ster-Kinekor products to enhance guest experiences.
-Maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen and all surrounding areas, ensuring all equipment and counter areas meet hygiene standards.
-Ensuring storerooms are properly maintained and fumigated when necessary.
-Properly sealing, packaging, and storing prepared products.
-Submitting health and safety reports as required.
-Adhering to uniform and preparation standards for your safety and that of others.
Qualifications:
- Matric certificate required.
Experience:
- 0 to 1 year of work experience in a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite.
- Familiarity with VISTA (advantageous).
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong administrative and organizational abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Analytical thinking.
- Basic computer literacy.
