Job Overview

Tailormade Staffing is seeking two experienced and reliable Code 14 Superlink Drivers to join our clientโ€™s team. The selected candidates will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of products between various cities. This is a permanent, full-time role with a competitive hourly rate.

Key Responsibilities

-Safely operate Superlink trucks for long-distance deliveries.

-Transport products efficiently between major cities, including Johannesburg and Cape Town.

-Navigate using maps and GPS, ensuring timely deliveries.

-Communicate effectively with dispatch via text or other communication tools.

Requirements

  • Valid Code 14 (EC) driverโ€™s license and Professional Driving Permit (PDP).
  • Minimum of 5 yearsโ€™ experience as a long-distance driver.
  • Ability to drive a Superlink vehicle.
  • Familiarity with routes in Johannesburg and Cape Town.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
  • Experience navigating rural roads and handling various weather conditions.
  • Punctual, diligent, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Maintain a high standard of sobriety and professionalism.

Compensation

  • R73.82 per hour (Basic salary between R11,000 to R11,800 monthly).
