Job Overview
As a Team Member, your main responsibility is to ensure the kitchen and front-of-house operations run smoothly. You will prepare food, serve customers, process payments, and support the team to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service.
Key Responsibilities
-Prepare and cook KFC menu items accurately and efficiently
-Manage multiple food orders during busy periods
-Cut, prepare, wrap, and package food according to standards
-Maintain cleanliness and safety in kitchen and service areas
-Receive, store, and manage food supplies correctly
-Monitor stock levels and report shortages or equipment issues
-Greet customers warmly and take orders in person or by phone
-Process payments (cash, debit, and credit cards) using POS systems
-Suggest promotions and menu items to customers
-Assist with closing procedures and general restaurant duties
-Support team members across different roles as needed
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Must live within 15 km of the job location
- Clear criminal record
Preferences (Advantageous)
- Previous experience as a Crew Member or Team Member
- Candidates aged 30โ40 years
