Overview
City of Tshwane invites applicants for 15 Welding Apprenticeship positions for 2026. The programme combines institutional training with practical workplace exposure.

Minimum Requirements

• Technical Matric, NCV Level 4 or N2 Certificate with:
  • Mathematics
  • Science
  • Relevant trade theory
• Strong interest in becoming an artisan
• High motivation and willingness to learn

Notes

• Preference: women & previously disadvantaged applicants
• Persons with disabilities may apply (accommodation possible)
• Applicants already qualified in Welding will not be considered
• No fraudulent applications allowed

Stipend: R2 792,44 per month
