Woodlands Dairy, a leader in South Africa’s dairy industry, is offering an exciting Learnership Programme in Liquid Dairy Reception. Known for producing UHT milk under the popular FIRST CHOICE® brand, we also specialize in high-quality dairy products for major retailers like SPAR and Woolworths.

Located in Humansdorp, Eastern Cape, along the beautiful South African Garden Route, Woodlands Dairy operates at the heart of the country’s dairy region. Programme Overview:
Woodlands Dairy is offering a 12-month Learnership Programme aimed at unemployed South African youth. The programme includes both theoretical and practical training in the following areas:

-Milk Reception

-Nature of Milk

-Food Safety

-Housekeeping

-CIP (Clean-In-Place)

-COP (Clean-Out-of-Place)

-Additional related modules

Eligibility Criteria:

• Unemployed South African youth between the ages of 18 and 29
• Must have a Matric qualification
• No prior work experience is required

Duration:
This comprehensive Learnership Programme runs for a period of 12 months.
