Overview:
The Receiving Clerk will assist in receiving deliveries, inspecting stock, and updating inventory records.
Responsibilities:
-Receive and inspect incoming goods for accuracy and quality
-Match delivery notes with purchase orders and report discrepancies
-Accurately record received stock in inventory systems or logs
-Label, sort, and move stock to designated storage areas
-Assist in maintaining clean and organized receiving and storage areas
-Collaborate with the Receiving Supervisor to ensure timely and efficient stock handling
-Handle documentation and filing of receiving records
-Assist during stock counts and inventory audits
-Report damaged or missing items to the relevant departments
Requirements:
-LGCSE or equivalent qualification
-At least 2 years of experience in stock or inventory control
-Basic computer knowledge
-Ability to work with minimal supervision
