Key Responsibilities

-Deliver exceptional customer experiences by adhering to FNB’s performance standards

-Promote and manage the migration of customers to digital and self-service banking platforms

-Understand and respond to customer needs, providing tailored solutions

-Handle customer complaints related to collection activities and resolve them effectively

-Maximize cross-selling opportunities and enhance client relationships

-Comply with bank procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements


Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Administration, Accounting, or related field

1–3 years of experience in a similar customer service or banking environment

-Good knowledge of FNB products and services

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills

-Ability to work well in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
