Key Responsibilities
-Serve as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional customer service.
-Understand and meet customer needs by providing tailored solutions.
–Track sales performance and strive to exceed set targets.
-Stay informed on the latest fashion and décor trends.
-Identify new opportunities to increase store sales.
-Assist in stock replenishment to ensure the shop floor is always ready for customers.
Minimum Requirements
- LGCSE Certificate (Lesotho General Certificate of Secondary Education) or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment will be an advantage
