Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service by greeting, assisting, and building positive customer relationships.
- Provide styling advice and product recommendations to enhance the shopping experience.
- Maintain high store presentation standards through organization and cleanliness.
- Operate cash registers, process payments, and handle transactions accurately.
- Support stock replenishment and inventory management to ensure shelves are always full.
- Work as part of a team to achieve sales targets and promote a customer-first culture.
Entry Requirements
- Minimum Grade 10 certificate (Grade 12 or higher qualifications are advantageous).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for fashion trends and retail.
- High attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Preferred Skills & Attributes
- Previous retail or customer service experience (not mandatory).
