About the Role
As a Sales Associate, you will act as a brand ambassador and play a key role in driving sales performance while ensuring every guest receives a memorable and personalised shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service as a brand ambassador
- Exceed sales targets through effective customer engagement
- Track and manage sales performance against targets
- Sell a diverse jewellery range while staying updated on trends and technology
- Identify opportunities for new business and repeat customers
- Assist with stock replenishment and visual merchandising
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service execution
- Support profit, turnover, and risk management within the store
Minimum Requirements
- Botswana General Certificate of Secondary Education (BGCSE)
