About the Opportunity

Maranatha Security is seeking disciplined, professional, and well-presented Security Personnel to join its team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong presence, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining safety and security standards.

Key Responsibilities

-Guard and patrol assigned premises to prevent theft, damage, or unauthorised access

-Control access points and verify the identity of visitors, staff, and vehicles

-Monitor surroundings and report suspicious activities or security breaches

-Enforce company and site security rules and procedures

-Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, or emergencies

-Maintain a visible security presence to deter criminal activity

-Complete incident reports and maintain accurate security logs

-Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and team members

Minimum Requirements

  • Fluent in Sesotho and English
  • Tall with a strong presence
  • Neat and professional appearance
  • COSC or LGCSE certificate
