Overview:

FNB Lesotho is hiring a Service Coordinator to ensure the delivery of efficient and exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer requests promptly, understanding client needs, and identifying opportunities for service improvement and product growth.

Key Responsibilities:

-Provide world-class service by proactively understanding and addressing customer needs.

-Engage existing clients to grow and retain the customer portfolio.

-Generate new leads and expand the active client base.

-Facilitate the transition of customer accounts from traditional banking to self-service platforms.

-Maximise cross-selling opportunities to deepen customer relationships and enhance revenue.

Requirements and Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, Management, or equivalent.
Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in a banking or customer service environment.
Additional Advantage: Sound knowledge of FNB’s banking products.
