1) High School Security Guard – SPARK Randburg High School – 2025

Compensation: R5,378.25 per month (CTC) • Type: Full-time • Location: Randburg, Gauteng

Purpose: Keep the campus, facilities and community safe through vigilant access control, patrols and incident reporting.

Key responsibilities:

  • Open/close, lock-up and arm/disarm alarms; patrol grounds and monitor gates.
  • Welcome, register and badge visitors; manage sign-in/out.
  • Support daily dismissal and events; escalate any suspicious activity.
  • Assist with ad-hoc operations (moving items, set-ups, basic facilities support).

Minimum requirements:

  • Grade 12 • PSIRA Grade B or C & active registration • English fluency • Clean criminal record • Prior security experience.

2) High School EMS & Business Studies Educator (Temp) – SPARK Rivonia – 2025

Compensation: R25,500.00 per month (CTC) • Type: Full-time, TemporaryLocation: Rivonia, Johannesburg

Purpose: Deliver high-quality EMS and Business Studies (SP/FET), driving academic growth and excellent classroom culture.

Key responsibilities:

  • Plan, teach and co-teach face-to-face/online; run clubs where required.
  • Develop assessments, analyse data and implement interventions/enrichment.
  • Lead CQ (Character Quotient) sessions; uphold behaviour systems.
  • Engage families and collaborate in grade/content teams; attend PD and Saturday events.

Minimum requirements:

  • B.Ed/PGCE in Commercial subjects (Business Studies; Tourism an advantage)
  • SACE registration • English fluency • Clean criminal record.

3) Life Orientation Educator & Transition Coach (FET) – SPARK Randburg High – 2025

Compensation: R25,500.00 per month (CTC) • Type: Full-time, Permanent • Location: Randburg (York Campus), Johannesburg

Purpose: Teach Grade 12 Life Orientation and coach scholars through post-school pathways (university, TVET, work readiness).

Key responsibilities:

  • LO curriculum delivery, assessment and data-driven support.
  • Transition coaching: applications, bursaries, CVs, interviews, career exposure.
  • Coordinate career/tertiary events; mentor scholars’ wellbeing; apply restorative practices.
  • Maintain strong family communication and accurate records.

Minimum requirements:

  • B.Ed/PGCE in Psychology/Life Orientation (Senior/FET) • SACE registered
  • 3–5 years Grade 11–12 teaching (preferred) • English fluency • Clean criminal record.

4) Computer Application Studies Educator (FET) – Temp – SPARK Rivonia High – 2025

Compensation: R25,500.00 per month (CTC) • Type: Full-time, TemporaryLocation: Rivonia, Johannesburg

Purpose: Teach FET Computer Applications Studies with rigorous, engaging instruction aligned to matric success.

Key responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver CAS lessons; create assessments and track progress.
  • Run interventions/enrichment; lead CQ sessions; uphold behaviour systems.
  • Collaborate in content teams; engage families; attend PD and school events.

Minimum requirements:

  • B.Ed/PGCE in Computer Application Studies (Senior/FET) • SACE registration
  • English fluency • Clean criminal record.

5) High School Sign Language SAL Educator (SP & FET) – Temp – SPARK Midrand High – 2025

Compensation: R25,500.00 per month (CTC) • Type: TemporaryLocation: Midrand, Gauteng

Purpose: Teach Sign Language as Second Additional Language across Senior & FET phases; advance literacy in reading, writing and signing.

Key responsibilities:

  • Plan, teach and co-teach SP/FET Sign Language; assess and analyse data.
  • Implement targeted support and extension; lead CQ sessions.
  • Promote positive culture and restorative behaviour practices; engage parents.

Minimum requirements:

  • B.Ed/PGCE in SAL (Senior & FET) – Sign Language specialisation
  • SACE registration • English & Sign Language fluency • Clean criminal record.
