Overview:

Pedros, one of South Africa’s fastest-growing flame-grilled chicken brands, is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Waiter to join our team at Sandown Retail Crossing, Parklands. If you’re passionate about providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.

Purpose of the Role:

To provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a welcoming and efficient dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve customers promptly and professionally with a friendly attitude.
Stand for extended periods while delivering orders and managing tables.
Lift, carry, and move stock items or equipment when required.
Work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area.
Ensure all customer needs are met in a timely and courteous manner.
Follow company hygiene and food safety protocols.

Requirements:

Minimum Grade 10 (Matric preferred)
At least 1 year of experience as a waiter
Strong literacy and numeracy skills
Ability to handle long shifts, remain on your feet, and stay alert
Friendly, reliable, and customer-service oriented
Able to work weekends and public holidays
