FNB Lesotho is looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Premier Banker to join its team in Maseru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-value clients while delivering exceptional financial advice and support. Position Purpose:
To effectively manage and maintain a portfolio of clients, ensuring long-term, mutually beneficial relationships that support business growth, revenue targets, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
-Achieve Net Income Return targets as outlined in the Financial Performance Report.
-Grow revenue by acquiring new clients and optimizing opportunities within an existing portfolio.
-Engage clients using tools such as the Net Promoter Tool to generate leads and deepen relationships.
-Track and influence sales activities to achieve specific sales targets.
-Ensure compliance with governance, legislative, and audit requirements.
-Review and close all business applications within appropriate timelines.
-Provide accurate and timely sales reporting and performance statistics.
Minimum Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
-1 to 3 years of relevant banking or financial services experience.
-A solid understanding of FNB’s products and services is an added advantage.
