Overview:
Skwata Agency (Pty) Ltd is recruiting a Compliance Officer to oversee microlending operations and ensure the effective enforcement of AML/CFT policies. The role will ensure internal controls are in place to detect non-compliance and implement risk mitigation strategies.

Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement compliance policies

-Monitor and audit business operations

-Conduct AML/CFT risk assessments

-Perform customer due diligence

-Conduct suspicious activity reporting

-Identify and mitigate operational risks

Requirements and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Banking or a related field
• Experience: Relevant experience in compliance or financial regulatory oversight preferred
