Requirements and Skills
-Diploma or Degree (NQF6/7) in Journalism, Media Studies, or Communication.
-Minimum 6 years in economic broadcast journalism, including 3 years in editorial leadership.
-Strong command of language, excellent writing and news judgment.
-Deep understanding of editorial policies, broadcasting laws, and project management.

-Lead the Legal, Governance & Regulatory Division.
-Advise the Board and Executive on legal and compliance matters.
-Shape corporate governance policies and regulatory strategies.
-Oversee enterprise risk management, legal operations, and internal controls.
-Promote stakeholder alignment and regulatory readiness.
Requirements and Skills
-Postgraduate Degree (NQF 8) in Law.
-At least 15 yearsโ post-admission experience, with 8 years in Governance, Risk, and Compliance.
-5 years in a senior management role.
-In-depth knowledge of the PFMA, King IV, broadcasting legislation, and corporate law.
-Proven leadership in legal and strategic planning within large organizations.
