Weโ€™re seeking a people-centric Customer Service Agent to be the face of the brand at the airport: assisting with bookings, check-in and ticket sales, handling queries, and ensuring every traveller enjoys a smooth, safe, and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

-Assist customers with ticket sales, bookings, changes, cancellations, and refunds.

-Provide accurate guidance on flight schedules, baggage rules, and airline policies.

-Manage delays, disruptions, and complaints with empathy; escalate complex cases as needed.

-Protect passenger data and follow company information-security practices.

-Comply with aviation safety and regulatory standards at all times.

-Support team operations during peak periods and special events.

-Maintain professional communication with passengers, colleagues, and airport stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements

-Grade 12 / Matric (or equivalent).

-Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).

-Excellent spoken and written communication; strong telephone etiquette.

-Willing and able to work shifts (early/late), weekends, and public holidays.

-Calm under pressure with sound problem-solving skills.

-Clear criminal and credit record.

Preferred Skills and Competencies

-1+ year in airline/travel/ticketing/check-in/customer service (advantage).

-Familiarity with reservations/passenger handling systems (advantage).

-Multilingual abilities welcome.

-Professional appearance, punctuality, high ethical standards, reliability.
