Overview
Exact in George is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Associate (40hr) to join the team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is motivated to achieve sales targets.
As a Sales Associate, you will represent the brand, deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the store is always ready to meet customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador and provide outstanding customer service
- Identify customer needs and offer suitable product solutions
- Track and work towards achieving sales targets
- Sell a diverse product range while staying updated with current fashion trends
- Identify opportunities to drive additional sales
- Assist with stock replenishment and maintain store standards
- Ensure customers enjoy a positive and professional shopping experience
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
