Overview
These roles are focused on delivering an excellent customer shopping experience while maintaining high operational and merchandising standards in-store.
Successful candidates will implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, customer satisfaction, and store excellence. You will assist customers, maintain displays, rotate stock, and uphold hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Greet customers according to store greeting protocols
- Assist customers with product locations, features and benefits
- Address customer queries and escalate complaints when necessary
- Deliver outstanding customer care
Merchandising & Stock Control
- Pack shelves according to company standards
- Rotate stock and remove expired or damaged items
- Ensure correct pricing and labelling
- Maintain visual merchandising standards
- Prevent shrinkage, wastage and damages
Food & Perishables (where applicable)
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
- Check and maintain temperatures
- Ensure cold chain compliance
- Maintain safe working environments
Warehouse / Stockroom
- Receive and store stock correctly
- Organise back-up storage areas
- Maintain cleanliness and security procedures
General Store Standards
- Maintain a clean and organised store
- Follow security and safety procedures
- Work according to standard operating procedures
Minimum Requirements
- Proficient in English
- Passion for retail
- Hardworking and able to work shopping mall hours
- Able to work under pressure
- Good communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
